The quality is good, and shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But for the price, I expected a little more. The company makes it sound very premium in all the polished wording, but once I actually had it, it felt more like a decent product than something worth the extra money

I had to make a return, it was super easy. The return went through quickly, and my refund showed up fast too. No hassle at all, exactly how it should be.

I ordered this sometime last month... or maybe it was the month before, I can't remember exactly, but the finish matched perfectly. No weird shade surprises at all, which was a relief.

I ordered a Babyletto crib it looked really nice when we set it up. But the smell right out of the box was way stronger than I expected, kind of like paint or chemicals?? We left it in the nursery with the windows open for more than a week, and I was still getting a headache whenever I walked in. That’s just not something I felt comfortable having around a newborn. Customer service did respond, but they basically just told us to keep airing it out, which wasn’t super helpful. For the price, I really expected better. I’m giving it 2 stars because the crib does seem sturdy and looks good, but the off-gassing pretty much ruined it for us

I was really glad to find it available since I’d been looking for it!! The only downside was that the shipping took longer than I expected, so I had to be a bit patient. Overall, still happy I was able to get it!!

We got a Babyletto crib a few months ago and I have to say, the quality is actually really nice. The wood feels sturdy, the paint is smooth, and it doesn’t have that flimsy cheap feeling at all. I was weirdly nervous it would show up scratched or banged up, but nope, it arrived in perfect shape, thankfully. My husband put it together in about an hour and everything lined up like it was supposed to. No dramatic furniture-building meltdown, which was great. it still looks brand new after a few months of use. Super happy with it. Not that I’m getting emotional over a crib or anything, but yeah, I’d buy from them again.

They handled it really fast, which I appreciated. From their tone, I got the feeling they knew I didn’t want to waste time, and they just got straight to fixing it

The crib itself is fine, nothing really wrong with it once it’s put together. But the box showed up beat up, which was frustrating. The corners were smashed, and one of the pieces had a small dent in it. I mean, for a baby item, I just expected it to be packed a little more carefully. Customer service was nice enough, but still… after spending this much, it’s annoying to have to deal with that at all. They definitely need to add more padding inside the box.

I bought a babyletto crib because I really liked the look of it, and to be fair, it does look adorable in the nursery. But for our situation, with a baby who’s starting to move around more, I was a little disappointed by how it felt after a few weeks. It developed a slight wobble and I ended up having to re-tighten the screws, which made me uneasy. Customer service was fine, nothing terrible, but considering the price, I personally expected it to feel more stable and reassuring.

There aren’t any weird gaps along the sides, and I can still get the sheets on without fighting with them, which is a big plus. Setup was straightforward too, though a couple parts took a little more patience than I expected. I’m also glad we didn’t have to buy some special mattress just to make it work. Overall, I’m really happy with it so far, even if the assembly wasn’t completely effortless.

I’ll admit I was a little worried at first because I’ve been fooled before by places that say they’ll help and then disappear. But they replied fast, stayed on it, and actually fixed the issue. Relieved with how smooth it ended up being.

This crib has held up really well after two babies. I kept expecting it to get wobbly or start falling apart, and I kept complaining about every little squeak, but it’s still solid. I’ve complained about moving it, cleaning around it, and checking the screws over and over, but the crib itself has been dependable the whole time.

I’m sure everything was in the box when it arrived. All the parts were there, and I didn’t notice any missing screws, so putting it together went fine.

We had a small issue with one part of our crib after a few months, so I sent over some photos and our order info. babyletto got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without making the process stressful or complicated. That really meant a lot, especially when you’re already juggling life with a baby. It definitely gave me more confidence in the brand, and I’d feel good buying from them again

We picked Babyletto mainly because the crib is made with safer, non-toxic materials, and it’s been a great choice. There was no weird chemical smell when we set it up, which made me feel a lot better right away. Our baby has been sleeping really well in it too. If this crib is anything to go by, Babyletto seems like a brand that actually pays attention to what parents worry about

This has way more storage than I expected. They kind of made it seem like it would be basic, but diapers, blankets, and a bunch of other stuff all fit in there easily.

The crib itself is nice. Sturdy, solid, no real complaints there. We used it for my son starting when he was a newborn, and it held up well. The toddler bed conversion though. That part was more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I ended up having to undo and redo a couple things. Frustrating in the moment. I also wish the conversion pieces were easier to understand before buying. Like, what you need, what’s included, what isn’t. Not a terrible experience overall. Just not as smooth as I was hoping.

We got the Babyletto dresser for our nursery and the drawers are really great. They slide in and out so smooth, aren’t loud, and they dont get stuck even when they’re packed with baby clothes. I also like that they close easy. It’s a simple thing, but it makes using it every day way less annoying.
